Treat your tastebuds to a Flavourfest at Hunter Valley Gardens over the June long weekend. Pick up some culinary tips with cooking demonstrations by 2010 Masterchef identities Alvin Quah and Callum Hann, along with TV favourite Janelle Bloom. Ready Steady Cook presenter Peter Everett will be the festival host and compere.
Daily activities include the Beer, Wine & Cocktail Hall, Marketplace, Eat Street, Flavours of The World, Eat to Beat concert stage, Art Exhibition, Twisted Liquid cocktail making, Kidspace and Kids In the Kitchen.
A Flavourfest Feast dinner is also being held at Tempus Two Winery Barrel Room on Saturday, 11th June.

Scarborough Wine Co and the Lovedale Smokehouse will team up to offer a special Cellar Door Edible Experience throughout June. We will be offering our cheese plate with a selection of smokehouse goods to enjoy whilst tasting. The Team at Scarborough Cellar Door will talk guests through the pairing of the food and wine leaving everyone with newly learnt wine & food pairing tips & techniques.
There is no cost for this experience and can be enjoyed from 9am – 5pm every weekend throughout June. Bookings for groups over 8 are essential.

The Bimbadgen Winery within the Hunter Valley of NSW, is hosting a weekend of culinary delights within Esca Bimbadgen restaurant as part of 'Hunter Valley Food and Wine Month' in June 2011. Esca Bimbadgen is proud to host 'Hayman in the Hunter' - a weekend featuring a blend of local produce, exceptional wines and extraordinary talent.
Award-winning Executive Chef Glenn Bacon of Hayman, the celebrated idyllic private island resort in the Great Barrier Reef, has been issued a challenge to create a menu showcasing regional Hunter Valley produce, a world away from the local produce and seafood available from Chef Bacon's tropical home.
The 4-course lunch or 6-course dinner menus will be available exclusively for the weekend 3rd – 5th June 2011 at Esca Bimbadgen restaurant. Friday 3rd June will feature the dinner menu only from 6.00pm, with lunch and dinner available on Saturday 4th June and Sunday 5th June.
