Ken and Gwen Sloan, the founding owners of Mistletoe Winery, invite you to join them for an intimate, informal fireside tasting of their highly rated Semillon, Shiraz, Chardonnay and other varietals.
Taste the very best of Mistletoe's current range, and some museum releases from the cellar. Over 12 different wines will be served with a selection of "delicious warming winter soups, fresh crusty bread and cheese" to match the wines.

Learn how wines change over  time in bottle and how to judge the optimum time window for consumption. The evening will include discussion on the grape growing and winemaking choices that we make to produce wines of the highest quality.
